• Who provides the cleaning supplies?

      We come prepared with green cleaning supplies. However we are flexible and can use your house cleaning products if you wish.

      Do I need to be home?

      For the first time we request that you be home. After that, you will need to make arrangements for who will let us in to clean.

      What should I do before a home cleaning service?

      To make our house cleaning services more efficient, we ask that you pick up clothing, toys and other household items prior a visit from our housekeeping teams.

      What happens if I need to reschedule my ongoing service?

      Call 24-hours before your regularly scheduled home cleaning with a more convenient cleaning time ad you will not be charged. We will do our best to work you into our schedule based on your needs, but we also reserve the right to simply come on your next regularly scheduled day.

      How do I pay for residential cleaning services?

      Payments are due the day of your scheduled cleaning service. We prefer check or cash, but can also set you up with a recurring credit/debit card payment that is payable monthly based on the # of times you have service each month.

      What should I do if my something is broken by a house cleaner?

      What if I have pets? Do I have to secure them during cleaning?

      We are dog, cat and animal lovers, but we do ask that you please inform us if you have pet(s) prior to our arrival.

      Will I need to sign a contract?

      No. We do not work with contracts. If you are happy with us, we expect that you will continue our relationship. If you are unhappy with us for any reason, we expect that you won't continue our relationship. This is how business works and find that this is most convenient for all.
